WE ARE SIMPLY JUST WAITING ON THE MAINTENANCE BOND FOR PAVING, AS WELL AS THE FINAL RECORD DRAWINGS AND LETTERS FROM THE FRANCHISE UTILITIES THAT ARE OUT THERE TO SIGN OFF ON THE PROJECT. ONCE WE RECEIVE THAT, WE WILL ISSUE A LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE SIGNED BY MYSELF AND OUR PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR AND PENDING APPROVAL OF THIS OF THIS PLAT. IT WILL BE RECORDED WITH DALLAS COUNTY. THE PLAT COMPLIES WITH ALL OF OUR ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS THAT HAVE BEEN ADOPTED. AND JUST AS A REFERENCE, IT'S 40 ACRES PLUS OR MINUS ALONG. SEE, THAT'D BE LASSITER ROAD THERE.
